"I thought I would let you know that I have just started using one of your Inkdrop cartridges, and it works perfectly.

As you know, I had previously bought another brand of 'cheap' cartridges which were supposed to be as good as the original HP cartridges, but in fact when loaded, it was not compatible with the printer it was bought for, which caused problems since I had no other cartridges in stock.

"As a former IT manager one of the biggest headaches of my job was trying to stay on top of holding enough spare print consumables. I was amazed that a medium sized manufacturing company would have so many different printing devices (printers, faxes, photocopiers etc). We tried standardizing our printers a few times to keep the consumables consistent but in practice it never really worked, there was always a need for a different device, or the old ones weren’t available anymore and the new ones (almost identical usually!) required all new consumables.
